How Relaysh works, what you agree to, and exactly how we treat your data. Short version: your space belongs to the two of you, and we never sell it.
Terms of Service
Welcome to Relaysh. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ARCHIETECH LLC, which operates Relaysh (“Relaysh,” “we,” “us”), governing your use of our website, app, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Relaysh.
1. Who can use Relaysh
You must be at least 18 years old to use Relaysh. Each Relaysh space is shared by exactly two people. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your login credentials private and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Your shared space and your content
You and your partner own the content you create in Relaysh — your messages, lists, calendar entries, saved ideas, and everything else. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to advertise to you. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
3. The shared AI
Relaysh includes a shared AI assistant that you summon inside your chat. It is a clearly-labeled AI — not your partner, and not a human — and it is powered by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic). When you use the AI, the text you send it is processed by those providers to generate a response.
The AI can be wrong. Its responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and always use your own judgment for important decisions.
Acceptable use of the AI. Our AI providers require us to pass their usage rules on to you, and you agree not to use the AI (or any part of the Service) for any of the following:
- Anything illegal, or that promotes illegal goods, services, or activity.
- Content that sexualizes minors or exploits children in any way.
- Generating malware, exploits, or instructions for hacking, fraud, phishing, or spam.
- Creating weapons — including biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological — or attacking critical infrastructure.
- Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or content that incites or glorifies violence.
- Disinformation, impersonation, deepfakes, or deceptive content intended to mislead others, manipulate elections, or defraud.
- Non-consensual intimate or sexual content depicting real, identifiable people.
- Promoting self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating.
- Surveillance, facial recognition, or tracking of individuals without their consent.
- Presenting AI output as licensed professional advice (medical, legal, or financial) or using it to make high-stakes decisions about a person without meaningful human review.
You also agree not to: (a) use the Service or the AI’s output to develop, train, or improve a competing AI or large language model; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models; (c) circumvent or disable any safety filters, rate limits, or other protections; or (d) misrepresent AI- generated output as human-created where doing so would deceive or harm someone. You are responsible for what you submit to the AI and for how you use what it returns.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Relaysh is free to start. The optional Together plan is a paid subscription that covers both partners with a single subscription, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime and will keep paid access through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.
5. Acceptable use, generally
Beyond the AI rules above, you agree not to misuse the Service: no breaking the law, no infringing others’ rights, no uploading malware, no interfering with or overloading our systems, and no accessing the Service by automated means except as we expressly allow.
6. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Relaysh and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required to protect the Service or other users, or if required by law — and, where an AI provider directs us to act on a policy violation, we may need to act promptly. We’ll give notice where reasonable.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service or the AI will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relaysh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Relaysh harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party rights — including our AI providers’ usage policies.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Relaysh after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy
Our promise: we will never sell your data. Not your messages, not your account details, not your usage — not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. Relaysh makes money from subscriptions, never from selling you or your information. There is no advertising business here, and there never will be.
This Privacy Policy explains what ARCHIETECH LLC, the operator of Relaysh (“we”), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Relaysh website and app.
1. What we collect
- Account information — your email, username, and the link between you and your partner’s space.
- Content you create — messages, calendar entries, lists, saved ideas, and anything else you add to your shared space.
- What you send the AI — the text you submit when you summon the shared AI, plus the recent chat messages and shared-space content included as context (see “The AI and your data” below).
- Basic usage and technical data — things like log data and device/browser information needed to run and secure the Service.
- Billing information — handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, not your full card number.
2. How we use your data
We use your data only to provide and improve Relaysh for you: to run your shared space, deliver messages between you and your partner, power the shared AI, process your subscription, keep the Service secure, and support you when you reach out. That’s it.
3. The AI and your data
The AI only acts when one of you summons it — it is not watching your chat in between. But so that it has context, every time you summon the AI, we send it your recent chat history — up to the 30 most recent messages in your shared chat, including messages that didn’t mention the AI. Depending on what you ask, it may also read the shared content it needs to answer — your calendar, lists, saved ideas, and bucket list.
Everything sent this way goes to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the response. Your conversations are not used to train their AI models — under our API arrangement, inputs and outputs are processed to serve your request and are not used to train or improve their foundation models. Your couple’s data is never used to train anyone’s model, including ours.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with a small set of service providers (“sub-processors”) that help us run Relaysh. They may only use your data to provide their service to us, under contract — never to sell it or market to you:
- Amazon Web Services — Hosting and infrastructure (servers, storage, content delivery).
- Supabase — Database, authentication, and realtime delivery of your messages.
- Anthropic — Powers the shared AI. Processes only what you send the AI to generate a response.
- Stripe — Processes subscription payments. We never see or store your full card number.
We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service. If Relaysh is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, we’ll honor the commitments in this policy — including never selling your data — and notify you of any change in control of your information.
5. We will never sell your data
To be unmistakably clear: Relaysh does not and will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your couple’s content. We don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only parties that ever touch your data are the service providers listed above, and only to keep Relaysh running for you.
6. How your data is protected
Every Relaysh space is scoped to your couple and enforced at the database level, so only the two of you can access your content. Data is encrypted in transit, and access on our side is limited to what’s needed to operate and support the Service.
7. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data, except where we’re required to retain certain records (for example, billing records) by law.
8. Your rights and choices
You can access and update your information in the app, and you can delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, email us at support@relaysh.app and we’ll help.
9. Children
Relaysh is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has used Relaysh, contact us and we’ll remove the account.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and notify you where appropriate.
